Blogger's Language Setting Is Soooo Unnerving!

Why is it that Blogger is too stubborn to do as it is clicked to do? I've been trying to fix the language setting of my blog to English since yesterday. It works only temporarily then changes back to Filipino! Even the comments I had made were surrounded with Tagalog words. I understand that it's "Buwan ng Wika." Is it in support of that, that's why Blogger has been so stubborn lately?

Well, anyway, I'm teaching English. So it is just right to insist that my blog should be in English. Blogger! Stop acting up! Do your job properly or else pay P5? Oh, I think I'll go berserk!
